CQ Researcher is both a print subscription and online full-text database at TCC. A weekly publication, CQ Researcher covers current controversial issues of the day, with complete summaries, all the pros and cons, bibliographies, and more. Ethics, politics, science, religion, social issues. The website opens to the current issue, and lists the 9 most recent issue topics. The Research Paper Guide, prepared by the Writing Specialists in the Learning Commons, available both in the Learning Commons Communications area and online, provides more detailed information on how to write an academic paper. Writing specialist staff will " discuss with you the focus, organization, and development of your paper; we also can help you improve your sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation". Check the Learning Commons site for workshops and online assistance.
